The modular structured units are BOPAS approved and built to suit specific demographics, targeting a range of social groups that struggle due to the lack of affordable or suitable accommodations in the UK.
The modular unit’s come in 9 feet, 10 feet, or 12 feet wide options, and are internally lined and insulated. Each of the units contain necessary electrics, lighting and Dimplex convector heating – all included within the cost price of the modular unit.
